Our products are currently available right here on Bambootribe.com itself. We are also available on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart, Paytm and other marketplaces.
Shipping, Order Tracking and Delivery
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
On successfully placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email on your registered email address. We will also be sending an SMS within 12 hours of receiving your order
How much do you charge for delivery?
All orders on Bambootribe.com are delivered free of cost.
When will my order get delivered?
We typically deliver to all metros in 1 to 2 working days while it takes 2-6 working days to reach other parts of the country
How do I check the status of my order?

Do you deliver your products outside India?
Although we would love to serve our international customers, we are currently available for sale only in India. However we are actively working with our partners to ship to other locations and will have an update on this soon.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order before it has been dispatched you can call us at 080 – 3951 2946 and if you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can simply refuse to accept the product from our delivery partner.
What is your returns policy?
We strive to ensure that our products are of the highest quality however if you do have any concerns with the quality or fit of our product, you can request for a replacement or refund within 10 days of delivery of product. However please ensure that all original tags of the product are sent back with the product.

We currently offer return pickups in select locations based on serviceability of our logistics partners.

What payment options do you support?
We support all major payment options including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net banking, Cash On Delivery (COD) and wallets (including PayTM, Freecharge, Quickcharge and others)
What should I do if my payment fails?
On successfully completing a transaction on bambootribe.com, you should receive an Email/SMS from our payment gateway. However if money does get deducted from your account and you do not receive a confirmation message/email/SMS from us, please drop us a mail at support@bambootribe.com.
How do I use a coupon on my order?
We offer a whole bunch of coupons through competitions and giveaways on our social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. To use a coupon, add products to your cart and go to the ‘Cart’ page. Once there, you will find the option to enter the coupon code on the right side of the screen. Enter you coupon code and click on ‘Apply Coupon’ to activate it.
